We rode Space Mountain. it was my favorite ride since it was so dark ,fast , and it jerked me around. We only had to wait for about 20 minutes. It was James’ first ever rollercoaster. He reaaly liked, it, too. I rode Haunted mansion, again, with Grandma and Grandpa.
We celebrated James’ birthday, today. James bought a Captain Jack Sparrow costume and wore it for the rest of the day. Everyone thought James was so cute in that costume that 2 families actually asked to take pictures with him!
Tonight, we’re going to Chef Mickey’s in the Contemporary Resort for James’ Birthday. We’ll watch the fireworks from the Balcony of the Contemporary and Go eat with Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Minnie and Pluto.
The answer to yesterday’s word problem about 93 minute waits when 1257people would wait a total of 116,901 minutes. If that were back to back, that would be over 81 days!
Today’s word problem. James and I each got 25 Disney trading pins in our stockings for Christmas. We walk up to cast members (what they call people who work here) and ask to trade with them. We get to pick any pin off their lanyard and then give them one of our pins. We see about 1/3 of the kids on our buses also wearing lanyards with pins. If 4234 children trade 25 pins, each in a week, how many pins will be traded?
